Ventian Plaster / Decorative Finishes
Including ArmourCoat, Spatula Stuhhi, Textone, Area Code, Skimstone, StoneHedge, and Duroplex Coatings. PCS has completed hundreds of these projects throughout the Seattle area on both commercial and residential projects.
Cement Plaster, Drainage Systems, and Cement Board Systems
From standard stucco systems to the constantly evolving exterior water management systems, PCS is proud to lead the way in these aspects of plaster service. Projects include: Waterfront Marriott Hotel (considered by Marriot Corporation as one of its high-end flagship hotels; a product of teamwork, obstacles overcome, and innovative thinking), Direct Applied Ceiling Systems, International Village, Harvard Estates, and Cement Board Plaster projects.
