In 1990, we added painting and special finishes to our portfolio to broaden the range of services we offer our customers. Not only does this enable PCS to satisfy paint-only projects, but our "Complete Package" approach (the combination of our drywall and paint teams) delivers wall systems from layout to turnover as efficiently as possible. In addition to the new, remodel, and restoration painting projects we work on, our painting team is also designed to facilitate all of your maintenance and preventive maintenance needs (for more information, see our Maintenance Services section). Many of our new construction customers choose to utilize our services for their maintenance contracts as well, for example Continental Place (CWD Group) and Seattle Genetics.
